Description: Mrs. Villagran was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler when she was on her way to pick up her grandson in McAllen, Texas.
The 18-wheeler driver was immediately placed at fault for causing the crash, but his insurance company refused to offer Mrs. Villagran a full settlement that would cover all her medical and personal expenses.

After 911 CAR CRASH litigated this case, the Defendants agreed to pay Mrs. Villagran a total of $675,000 to resolve this case.

Description: Ms. Perez driving to work in the morning when she was side-swiped by an  18-wheeler that merged onto her lane on a frontage road in Dallas, Texas. The 18-wheeler driver denied all fault by claiming that Ms. Perez merged into his lane.

911 CAR CRASH was able to recover surveillance footage from a local business that proved the 18-wheeler driver was the one who caused this crash and lied about the events.

Therefore, Ms. Perez ultimately received all the medical treatment she needed and
recovered a total payment of $285,000.

Description: Ms. Ocanas was hit by an 18-wheeler who backed into her while she was stopped at a red light in Corpus Christi, Texas. Our investigation at 911 CAR CRASH uncovered that the driver of the 18-wheeler was improperly trained to drive the commercial vehicle which caused this crash.

As a result, 911 CAR CRASH recovered $245,690.10 on behalf of Ms. Ocanas.

Description: The Machuca family was t-boned by a company van who ran a red light on Alton Gloor Boulevard in Brownsville, Texas. The company driver argued that he had a green light and the Machucas were the ones who ran a red light. Because the Machucas were visiting Brownsville from their home in Matamoros, Mexico, they were unaware of their right to legal representation and medical assistance, and instead returned home without fighting their case. From Mexico, they were advised to contact 911 CAR CRASH due to their severe injuries and ongoing struggles.

After investigating the case and assisting the Machucas with the medical treatment they needed, our office proved that the company driver was at fault and recovered $1.6 million dollars on behalf of our clients.

Description: Mr. Garza is a resident of South Texas who was rear-ended by a company pickup truck while he visited his family in Iowa.

After returning home to Texas, Mr. Garza contacted 911 CAR CRASH and we resolved his case in Iowa State Court for a total settlement of $230,000.

Name: Chapa v. Aranda Associates 

Location: Alamo, Texas

Settlement: $200,000

Description: Mr. Chapa was side-swiped by a company car that was driving at excessive speed on the highway in South Texas. The company driver stated that Mr. Chapa was the one who merged into his lane and caused the crash. However, 911 CAR CRASH downloaded computer data from the Defendant’s vehicle and discovered that the company driver was traveling more than 25 miles over the speed limit at the time of the crash.

With that information,
our office proved that the Defendant was at fault for
the crash and recovered $200,000 for Mr. Chapa.  

HIT AND RUN/ DUI CASES

Name: Saldana v. Iliya

Location: Dallas, Texas

Settlement: $250,000

Description: Mr. Saldana was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign in downtown Dallas. The Defendant denied running the stop sign and claimed Mr. Saldana was the one who failed to make a proper stop. The Defendant’s insurance declared Mr. Saldana at fault and offered him no money to repair his vehicle and his injuries. After Mr. Saldana contacted 911 CAR CRASH to investigate, our office found evidence to show that the Defendant had been drinking and driving on the night of the crash and was denying wrongdoing to avoid criminal liability for Driving Under the Influence.

After the consideration of all the new evidence uncovered by our office, the Defendant’s insurance company agreed to pay Mr. Saldana $250,000 for the damage to his person and his vehicle.

HIT AND RUN/ DUI CASES

Name: Aparicio v. Conder

Location: Dallas, Texas

Settlement: $250,000

Description: Mr. Aparicio was struck by a Defendant who ran a red light in Dallas, Texas. The police report made no mention of any possible alcohol consumption involved in the collision. However, the team at 911 CAR CRASH interviewed witnesses who testified that the Defendant was visibly intoxicated when he exited his vehicle after the crash.

As a result, 911 CAR CRASH recovered $250,000 on behalf of Mr. Aparicio.
